MENOPAUSE

Menopause marks the end of a woman's fertile and reproductive life and comes with the last bleeding, marking the definitive cessation of menstruation.

Under normal conditions, this phenomenon can occur approximately between 45 and 52 years of age.

Just like the crisis of puberty that marks the beginning of fertile life, menopause also entails a strong transition crisis between a woman's fertile life and its end.

Climacteric is the transitional stage that causes the endocrine readjustment that accompanies the profound physiological and emotional changes until reaching the “total rest” of our reproductive system that worked day after day, month after month, moon after moon, for approximately 40 years…

The climacteric can occur immediately before menopause or it can be an introductory stage of the latter that begins up to 8 years before the end of menstruation and lasts months or years after the last bleeding.

These intense adjustments teach us the renewing life force that death brings.

The energetic organism incarnated for the purpose of bringing children into the world must close its cycle and mark the new path of a mature woman who has already raised, breastfed and accompanied her children in the best way she has achieved, to be independent people on their own path in life.

Menopause marks the beginning of a more spiritual life where matter is transformed as in a crucible that alchemizes the dreams of love in service to Existence. Now the woman, learning to be her own master, will have to model herself according to the highest objectives in which her transformed experience can serve as a guide, to finally know her refined divine essence.

Women who have already reached their reproductive stage and have gone through menopause are known as "grandmothers" because, in addition to the fact that they most likely have grandchildren, their way of accompanying their children is from a higher, loving and expert authority, who safeguards order and harmony in all their relationships.

If we have guarded vitality, the light of consciousness and peace, when we victoriously arrive at this new way of walking the path of Life, our compassionate strength will manifest itself as Guardians of the Birth of the New Humanity, to continue fertilizing the seeds, cultivating and maturing the nourishing fruits of evolutionary consciousness.
